David creates a sacred, holy space during worship. His gift to people is not only his beautiful, soul-touching music; it is the very gift of his presence connecting with everyone in the room. He radiates love and compassion with openness and humor. He ensures an experience with Holy Spirit is felt by all those willing to be awake to the Presence. He is joyful, enthusiastic and playful. He is intentional with his music and makes sure the message is integrated within the hearts and minds of the congregation. He is a blessing in this world and we are healed every time he visits.

When David was the guest musician at our church recently, I was struck not only with his enormous talent, but with his sincerity and the love that comes through in his songs . . . plus, he's fun! I've been playing his CD every day and get the same feeling of love and peace as I listen, and still alternate between teary and tickled. David really touches the heart! I'm sure he wrote "Unravel Me" just for me.

David’s deep commitment to Spirit is felt in the songs he writes. His prayerful passion emanates from his beautiful words and beautiful music.

Camp Living Springs is a 3-day retreat for adult cancer survivors held each Fall in Florida. A great deal of the Camp’s early success and growth is in large part a result of David Deerfeeder’s involvement.

David made a personal commitment to Camp, living and sharing with us. The campers (cancer survivors) and buddies (volunteers) were treated to his varied talents of music, storytelling and ministry. The one thing that shines the brightest though is his smile – warm and from the heart.

From facilitating ice-breakers, to campfire sing-a-longs and then leading the emotional closing ceremonies, David always gave more than anybody thought he had in him. He is truly a remarkable person.

David has generously performed at numerous special occasions we have held here at the Unity Institute and Unity School headquarters. Always, he and his music have given a special dimension to the programs. He has an ability to create songs and music to fit any occasion, from deeply spiritual to just plain fun. He is a professional in every sense of the word!

I was very moved physically and spiritually in his music and the songs. It touched an inner core within me that provided deep peace and solace to my soul.

When I woke the next morning, a deep grievance was totally healed and I have been experiencing a sense of bliss and deep compassion ever since.

I am so thankful for his precious soul essence that touched and healed my soul.

What a wonderful experience it was to have David bring his message of living hope to a Sunday morning celebration service. The original new thought music both pulls the heartstrings and tickles the funny bone.

Thank you so much for allowing the Woman to Woman Program in Tampa to use cuts from your "Unravel Me" CD on our DVD for the pregnant teens and teen mothers we are mentoring.

"Unravel Me" captured the essence of the work of transformation these teens are courageously undertaking. They sat motionless seeing pictures of themselves on the big screen while "You Are Holy" touched them in places our words may never have reached. "These Are the Chances" and "Land of Hope" were the perfect accompaniment for the photos of the teens pushing through half mile runs at 7 a.m. for 4 days and, on their final camp day, breaking through boards with their bare hands.

The gracious sharing of your talent has blessed us all immensely and inspired us in our mission!
